如何解決壓力開關受電磁干擾

在一些大型工業(yè)現(xiàn)場中,可能會時常用到一些大型電子設備,而這些電子設備本身都會帶有電磁干擾,從而影響了壓力開關的正常工作,所以今天小編為大家介紹解決壓力開關的電磁干擾的措施。
1.從壓力開關本身出發(fā):第一種辦法是讓壓力開關采用屏蔽線輸出信號,這些屏蔽線可以很好的抵消電磁干擾,不過要注意的是在鋪設壓力開關線纜時,要盡量避免與交流電源一起鋪設,并且最好采用金屬進行固定,減少振動和沖擊帶來的影響。
2.外部措施:外部措施就是指在壓力開關的外部采取措施,如可在壓力開關的電纜上加裝一層包裝膜,這層包裝可以有效的減少一些電磁干擾;或者加寬電源線與電纜之間的距離,減少分布電容;另外還需要合理選擇電纜接地點,一定程度上也可以避免電磁對壓力開關的影響。
