智能壓力開關的核心元件

智能壓力開關具備了一系列的核心元件,正是這些元件對智能壓力開關的高可靠性及高精度起了絕對不容忽視的作用。
1.智能壓力開關的檢測元件--壓力傳感器采用了高精度半導體擴散硅敏感元件,具有高精度、高穩定性、量程寬、抗高過壓和高靜壓等特點,使用這種單晶硅智能壓力傳感器作為傳感部件,保證了智能壓力開關的精度并大大增加了智能壓力開關的可靠性。
2.智能壓力開關的信號調理部分由集成運放和智能元件組成,通過調理壓力傳感器信號,變成微電腦能接受的信號,將信號輸送給微電腦。
3.微電腦部分采用體積小、功耗低、供電電壓低、功能強的低功耗嵌入式單片機,將采集到的壓力信號進行分析、處理、記憶,消除干擾和壓力波動,從而發出正確的智能壓力開關狀態信號。
4.微電腦發出的智能壓力開關狀態信號通過智能卡關轉化為智能壓力開關的導通及斷開。
5.在對智能壓力開關校驗時只要按下“校準按鈕”,微電腦就會自動記憶當前壓力值,并把該值作為智能壓力開關的設定值,從而實現壓力開關的智能校驗。
6.流程選擇開關,旁接罐流程、密閉流程可設置不同的門檻值,旁接罐流程設置的門檻值可適當降低,從而彌補了旁接罐流程壓力開關不能投用的不足。
