壓力控制器的組成和工作原理

我公司主要生產壓力開關,下面給大家講解一下壓力控制器的組成部分和其工作的原理。
壓力開關的組成主要由測壓元件傳感器(也稱作壓力傳感器)、電器接口和過程連接件三部分組成。它能將測壓元件傳感器感受到的氣體、液體等物理壓力參數轉變成標準機械反應或者是智能的電信號,以供給壓力開關的微動開關或者是帶有指示的二次儀表進行測量、指示和過程調節。
壓力開關在選型的時候必須要考慮的因素有:介質是什么?是不是需要防腐?是不是需要防爆?開關的設定值是一個還是多個?需不需要帶現場顯示?我們就必須結合實際使用的需要和我們的技術人員共同選取合適的型號。我公司生產的壓力開關分為機械式的和電子智能式的,其中智能壓力開關是我們公司重點開發的一款能夠代替市場上目前使用的電接點壓力表。
