哪些因素會影響壓力開關的精度

1.測量介質
如果測量介質的性質不適應壓力開關或者介質中包含著其他的某些雜質,都會對壓力開關造成傷害,導致測量結果的準確度不高,影響了壓力開關的精度。
2.溫度范圍和壓力范圍
如果使用者沒有按照規程上所寫壓力開關的溫度范圍和量程操作,如果溫度超過了壓力開關的工作溫度,則會燒毀壓力開關,如果壓力比壓力范圍還大,則會因壓力波動的過大引起的壓力開關損壞,壓力開關的精度等級自然也會大大降低。
3.工作環境
如果壓力開關的工作環境較為惡劣,如高溫、灰塵、振動、潮濕等環境,且都沒有采取一定措施,很容易會形成測量誤差,對測量精度產生了影響。
壓力開關如果出現了誤差,此誤差值可能是微小的,也可能是巨大的,進而對精度產生了或多或少的影響,因此在問題的初期,用戶務必采取相應措施提高壓力開關的精度。
