TXZ智能壓力控制器的優(yōu)勢

現(xiàn)在簡單介紹TXZ智能壓力控制器采用德國陶瓷壓阻傳感器采集技術(shù),加之高精度工業(yè)線路元件集合而成的具有高穩(wěn)定性,無觸點型的智能壓力控制器。它的原理是采用德國進口陶瓷壓阻傳感器作為壓力采集部件,經(jīng)過高精密、高穩(wěn)定、低溫漂的放大IC,將陶瓷壓阻傳感的差壓信號轉(zhuǎn)換為對地電壓值,再這樣經(jīng)過A/D轉(zhuǎn)換,將數(shù)字信號送入PIC單片機,計算并顯示當(dāng)前檢測的壓力值。考慮陶瓷壓阻過壓能力差的缺點,采用倍量程方式來解決。采用多級設(shè)定方式,提高產(chǎn)品精度。用戶可以用按鈕設(shè)定要控制壓力的上上限、上限、下限的壓力值,并自動春處在EEPROM中,單片機將設(shè)定壓力值與采集壓力值進行比較,根據(jù)比較結(jié)果控制電壓輸出。所以和機械式壓力開關(guān)比較的話有下面的優(yōu)點是1.精度高,可達0.3級。2.重復(fù)性好。3.壽命長,無膜片、無觸點。4.耐腐蝕性強。5.設(shè)定靈活方便。6.顯示直觀。7.溫漂小。用TXZ智能壓力開關(guān)還是很有利的。西安仕樂克專業(yè)生產(chǎn)TXZ智能壓力開關(guān),如您有需要可以撥打電話18092762450,王經(jīng)理
