隔膜壓力開關(guān)是眾多壓力開關(guān)中的一種類型,它是專門測量一些高腐蝕性、高粘度及高結(jié)晶的介質(zhì)的壓力開關(guān),為了幫助用戶更好的了解,下面天利小編為大家介紹隔膜壓力開關(guān)的技術(shù)原理。
一、隔膜材質(zhì)
隔膜壓力開關(guān)之所以可以測量一些惡劣復(fù)雜的介質(zhì),根本原因都在于它內(nèi)部含有隔膜材料,如哈氏合金、蒙乃爾合金等,這些隔膜材質(zhì)耐腐性性能好,可以滿足惡劣環(huán)境的應(yīng)用要求。
二、工作原理
隔膜壓力開關(guān)在測量介質(zhì)時,隔膜會因壓力作用而產(chǎn)生變形,導(dǎo)致密封液被壓,從而形成一個壓力,使得被測壓力最終顯示。
三、安裝使用
由于隔膜壓力開關(guān)與設(shè)備之間的連接是依靠一根軟管,所以安裝時務(wù)必要注意安裝位置的正確性,否則會產(chǎn)生測量誤差。
