壓力傳感器與壓力變送器的區別

   壓力變送器通常指非標準mV級信號輸出的元件,是壓力變送器的核心元件,由于信號的非標準性,用戶使用時需要進行壓力標定和設計專門的信號處理電路。而且由于信號微弱,不適合遠距離傳輸 。
   壓力變送器的輸出信號為標準信號,如 4~20mA ,0~5V等,可以遠距離傳送,其壓力值已經進行過標定,可以與標準儀表配套使用。 
   現在人們說的傳感器是由兩部分組成的,即分別是敏感元件和轉換元件。敏感元件是指傳感器中能夠直接感受被測量的部分;轉換元件是指中將敏感元件感受的被測量轉換成適于傳輸或測量的電路部分。由于傳感器的輸出信號一般很微弱,需要將其作放大等處理。
   相對現在人們所說的傳感器,過去的傳感器就是是指上面所說敏感元件,而變送器就是上面的轉換元件。也就是說,如果沒有特定的要求,現在我們一般把壓力傳感器和壓力變送器都稱為壓力傳感器。
