壓力變送器的傳送方式一二

   壓力變送器是一種將壓力轉換成氣動信號或電動信號進行控制和遠傳的設備.
它能將測壓元件傳感器感受到的氣體、液體等物理壓力參數轉變成標準的電信號(如4~20mADC等),以供給指示報警儀、記錄儀、調節器等二次儀表進行測量、指示和過程調節。
 
   電路采用二線制電流環變送器傳送方式.二線傳送可使電派和信號的傳遞采用同一對線完成。由于信號是以電流形式傳送的.可較好地克服長距離傳送使電壓下降及來自電動機、延遲開關和工業設備的噪聲對系統的影響。
(1)4-20mA壓力變送器系統方框圖。它表明采用兩級處理即可以將壓力信號轉換成4-20mA電流信號
(2)系統采用24V直流電壓供電,由傳感器將壓力信號變為差分電壓.然后通過XTR101二線發送器將與壓力成正比例的電壓信號變為4-2OmA的電流信號。電流信號的檢側可用串聯在環路中的電流表來觀察,也可用側盤凡兩端的電壓來間接測量環路電源。
(3) 壓力變送器由于系統用電流傳遞信號.所以電供給、負載和電路中的電流表以串聯形式接入電路,負載為幾百歐的電阻。
